Sky Bet to plug odds into Football League clubs’ mobile apps
Operator has teamed up with intechnologyWiFi to supply apps and football odds with Bradford City first to go live
Sky Bet has agreed a deal which will see the operator supply club-specific apps and betting opportunities for English Football League (EFL) sides, with the new service kicking-off with League One club Bradford City.
Last weekend, Bradford became the first club to benefit from a new partnership between the EFL and technology supplier intechnologyWiFi, an agreement which will see the two companies provide mobile applications and stadium WiFi networks to clubs at no cost.
As title sponsor of the EFL, Sky Bet will provide fans with the opportunity to place bets via their club’s new mobile app both inside and outside the stadium, pre-match and in-play.
Furthermore, Sky Bet has agreed a revenue share deal which will boost the coffers of participating EFL clubs.
Gala Casino receives “major revamp” ahead of marketing push
Gala Coral has performed a “major revamp” of its GalaCasino.com website, which the operator says will deliver a “highly personalised, simplistic and entertaining” experience.
The firm said the website, which launched on Monday, was designed using information garnered from an extensive customer research process, which helped the operator recognise the product required a simpler UI and a far more personalised player experience.
Led by its in-house UX and creative team, the new site uses a series of algorithms aimed at giving customers âwhat they want’ â such as relevant games, promotions and bonuses.
