Lottoland appoints Frank as UK PR agency
Bet-on-lotteries operator says it is entering "a crucial time for the brand in the UK"
Lottoland has followed in the footsteps of Paddy Power, 888 and Betsson by signing a deal with PR consultancy Frank.
The agreement will see Frank handling all PR outreach, including “content creation and influencer engagement”.
Frank is currently the lead PR for Betsson’s UK-facing Betsafe brand, and has previously worked with Paddy Power on its Best Team Ever stunt, when the operator got Farnborough FC players to change their names to legendary footballers’ names like Pele and Maradona.
“Lottoland is a great concept, with a fantastic model that allows customers to bet on some of the biggest lotteries in the world,” said Andrew Bloch, founder and group MD of Frank.
“We’re delighted to have been appointed by such an exciting brand and look forward to helping make Lottoland a household name,” Bloch added.
Lottoland has been growing at a rapid pace over the past 18 months, particularly in Australia and the UK, and has made several senior hires in recent weeks, including a new chief strategy officer, new head of casino and VP of product.
“The Lottoland team is excited to appoint Frank as our new partner at a crucial time for the brand in the UK,” said Matt Robinson, CCO of Lottoland.
