Mansion Group seals Premier League sponsorship deal
Gibraltar-based firm to become AFC Bournemouth's official shirt sponsor as part of a two-year deal
Mansion Group has signed a two-year deal with AFC Bournemouth to become the newly promoted Premier League football club’s official shirt sponsor from the start of next season.
The agreement was initiated by sports marketing agency SportQuake and will see the Gibraltar-based operator sponsor the team’s home, away, third kit, and training wear, in addition to new marketing activities between the two brands.
“We have been impressed by the recent performance and promotion of AFC Bournemouth, and look forward to partnering with them for their first season within the English Premier League,” Sagi Lahav, CEO of Mansion Group, said.
“We are excited to be working closely with AFC Bournemouth across a range of endeavours that will further enhance and develop both of our brands,” he added.
Mansion’s new deal with AFC Bournemouth follows a number of previous agreements the operator has held with Premier League football clubs, including a shirt sponsorship deal with Tottenham Hotspur in 2006 and a betting partnership deal with Manchester City in 2011.
“Mansion is one of the globe’s biggest names in the online betting and gaming industry, with a history of sporting partnerships,” Rob Mitchell, AFC Bournemouth’s commercial director, said.
“This is a major commercial deal for AFC Bournemouth and we look forward to a successful partnership ahead,” Mitchell continued.
Mansion Group was recently the recipient of a remote gaming licence from Great Britain’s Gambling Commission which allows the company to offer its five online casino brands – Casino.com; Club777.com, LesACasino.com; MansionCasino.com and SlotsHeaven.com – to the British market.
Other operators to have signed deals with Premier League clubs include Dafabet and 12BET while Ladbrokes recently became the title sponsor of the Scottish football leagues while Marathonbet is thought to be in talks with English giants Liverpool and Manchester United.
