New Jersey online gaming revenues up 19%
Total gross win slightly down on Aprilâs figures but way ahead of comparative month in 2014
New Jerseyâs online gambling market grew by almost a fifth last month compared to the same period last year, according to the latest official figures from the stateâs Division of Gaming Enforcement.
The total online gross win of US$12.5m marked a slight drop off from April 2015âs total of $12.6m, however the year-on-year rise of 19% offers encouragement for operators in the market.

Borgata remains the market leader in terms of gross win with almost $4m posted in May, while the Golden Nugget ($3.06m) and Caesars Interactive ($2.6m) take second and third placed slots.
Meanwhile the Tropicana â whose license also includes the Virgin Casino brand run by Gamesys â saw its gross win grow by 33.3% year-on-year to $2.5m.
Last monthâs increase comes despite there being one less operator in the market than in May 2014, with Ultimate Gaming, operating on the Trump Plazaâs license, shutting down its site in November last year.
New Jerseyâs online gaming market hit a record high in March, with gross win totalling $13.2m, and total online gross win in New Jersey for the year to date stands at $60.3m, 12.6% ahead of last year.
