PokerStars launches new social mobile app
Jackpot poker is available on iOS and Android and has been designed to attract casual players
PokerStars is looking to grow its presence in the mobile social gaming space after launching a new poker app aimed at casual players. [private]
The operator said Jackpot Poker features fast action and exciting graphics, with a new variation of its Spin & Go tournament format designed specifically for mobile.
The new app is available on Facebook and both iOS and Android, and can be downloaded via the Apple App Store or Google Play store.

The launch of a mobile app targeted at casual players comes after PokerStars announced it would undertake a major ecology overhaul earlier this month.
Stars said it would roll out a raft of changes to its rewards programme designed to attract more recreational customers, and pledged to scale its marketing to reach new audiences and lapsed players.
