Wiraya agrees long-term strategic partnership with A GAME ABOVE
Customer interaction specialists agree client-led partnership with US-facing marketing communications platform
Mobile and desktop customer acquisition specialists Wiraya have agreed a long-term strategic partnership with US-based marketing and communications website A GAME ABOVE.
The deal will see the firm provide solutions aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, retention and reactivation of dormant customer accounts.
Both firms already have extensive operations across Europe and the US, with A GAME ABOVE’s US operations being led by Bill Pascrell, III.
A GAME ABOVE CEO Steen Madsen welcomed the partnership as adding value to both firms’ offerings going forward.
“We are delighted to have agreed a partnership with Wiraya and the shared work across the teams has already produced a clear obsession with perfecting customer experiences that engage, enhance lifetime value and extend lifecycle,” Madsen added.
Sentiments which were echoed by his opposite number, Wiraya CEO Johan Jardevall, who said that working together would enable both companies to “further improve customer lifetime value for the benefit of our shared clients, both current and future”.
