William Hill to launch Cash In Roulette
Operator will offer up to £1m in liability on accumulative casino game
William Hill has announced plans to a launch a new casino game, Cash In Roulette, which enables players to bet over a series of spins on a roulette wheel.
The new format, created by London-based developer Be The House, lets customers place bets on outcomes like ‘two number 8 in the next 10 spins’, or ‘14 black numbers in the next 20 spins’.
Hills said it would offer liabilities of up to £1m, with customers also able to cash out their bets much like a sports bet.
“This is the first truly innovative and engaging roulette product I’ve seen in the last 10 years,” William Mathieson, head of gaming development at William Hill, said.
“It has such a wide variety of bets on offer, making it an exciting proposition for roulette and non-roulette players alike.
“Combined with a better margin for the operator this was a great opportunity for William Hill to work with ‘Be The House’ and we look forward to its upcoming launch.”
The margins are configurable for operators but can be set upwards of 5%, compared to 2.7% for normal roulette.
Be The House, which provides a similar concept to Betfair, holds a pending patent for accumulative casino on all table games and said it will be rolling them out over the next few months.
Seth Freedman, CEO and co-founder of Be The House, added: “The online casino vertical has been lacking a truly innovative product for some time now, and we firmly believe that Cash In Roulette is a game-changer for operators and players alike.
“We are thrilled to be launching with William Hill, whose confidence in our product is proof of just how exciting and fresh it is. We are sure their players will enjoy the control and flexibility it offers, and that it will enhance their overall experience of the game.”
