This weekâs round-up includes Myracingresults.com getting a mobile app as well as updates from Betfair and Paddy Power
Betting Investmentsâs Myracingresults.com brand is to launch a new iOS app, designed and developed by mobile agency Degree 53. The affiliate network recently collaborated with the Betfred spin-off for a new website, and Betting Investments co-found James Prosser has revealed that now work is to concentrate on mobile products, referring to them as the ânext stage in our strategic brand developmentâ.
Betfair rolled out another update to its iOS exchange betting app this week which included making the operatorâs Cash Out+ product available across every supported football market on the platform. Cash Out+ is new to Betfairâs portfolio and allows customers to cash out a percentage of their ticket during a sporting event. Other improvements made to the app during the update include tweaks to its football and horse racing market views, as well as a new My Account section.
Irish operator Paddy Power also rolled out changes to its mobile portfolio with an update for its Roller Casino iOS app. Version 2.0 was released last month and the latest upgrade hints at significant developments to come with the inclusion of âsecret preparation for v2.2â listed in the latest version, released today. The app has also been condensed to take up less space on the device while various minor bug fixes were rolled out as well.
Winamax meanwhile revealed that its latest poker product â Go Fast Poker â is to be launched on mobile in the coming months. The fast-fold product, which allows players to instantly fold and move on to another hand, was originally released on desktop earlier this week but taken down hours later, with Winamax citing user issues.
Scientific Games-owned casino supplier Williams Interactive rolled out its first Hasbro-branded slot game to its Remote Game Server (RGS) this week. A mobile-optimised slot game based on the Hasbro board game Yahtzee has been made available on the RGS after Scientific Games extended its licensing agreement with Hasbro earlier this year, making a number of brands available for use by the firmâs real-money and social gaming ventures.
