Tabcorp head of digital marketing departs
Damon Robbins leaves after more than seven years at the Melbourne-based firm
Tabcorpâs head of digital marketing Damon Robbins has left after more than seven years at the Australian operator, eGR Digital Marketing has learned.
Robbins left the Melbourne-headquartered firm earlier this month and Tabcorp has begun a hunt for a replacement and a new head of marketing communications.
Speaking with eGR DM, Robbins praised the work of his previous employer and said he was looking for a marketing role outside of the gambling industry.
âMy time has been incredible at Tabcorp, from working on launching the Luxbet brand in 107 days, to most recently contributing to TAB’s record FY15, while being challenged by our international competitorsâ massive marketing budgets,â Robbins said.
âMy experience with Tabcorp has assisted in both my professional and personal growth over the past seven years, which I will be forever grateful for,â he added.
Robbins originally joined Tabcorp as online manager in April 2008 before taking up various marketing manager roleâs for the operatorâs Luxbet brand.
In June 2014 he was appointed to his most recent position as head of digital marketing.
