StanleyBet, Inspired sign new machine tie; Inspired's second big deal in days
Inspired Gaming Group has extended its agreement to supply StanleyBet with gaming machines for its land-based outlets, the company's second major deal in days
INSPIRED GAMING GROUP has extended its agreement to supply StanleyBet with gaming machines for its land-based outlets, the company’s second major tie in days.
Under the new deal, Inspired will continue to provide its Virtual Sports System across the Stanleybet estates, including to new betting shops across continental Europe, licences for Inspired’s Virtual Sports System have already been acquired.
Following revenue growth from the System across its estate, Stanleybet has decided to roll out the product to more of its 1,700 shops throughout Europe next year.
The deal, which Inspired’s Virtual Gaming division managing director Steven Rogers described as being “of great strategic importance to Inspired,” follows less than a week after Inspired renewed its deal with Paddy Power to supply gaming machines for another four years, ahead of a plan by Paddy Power to double its 79-shop UK estate.
StanleyBet International managing director David Purvis said: “virtual sports are an important revenue stream for Stanleybet and form part of our strategy to broaden our product offer. The popularity of virtual sports across our shops in Europe has compelled us to expand these products to more of our shops.”
As reported on EGRmagazine.com, in July StanleyBet also signed a two-year deal with NetPlay TV for NetPlay to supply a range of video terminal gaming products across the StanleyBet estate.
Inspired last month also signed a deal with Gala Bingo to supply an additional 3,600 handheld bingo devices to the bingo giant’s 148 clubs, taking the total number to 6,800.
