Squawka to launch FSBTech-powered sportsbook
Football stats firm’s new customisable sports betting product to go live before the end of the year
Football data business Squawka has signed a deal with FSB Technology to launch a new online sportsbook before the end of the year, it was announced this week.
The deal will see Squawka utilise the sports betting supplier’s APIs and CRM tools, while FSB Technology will assume control of all the product’s trading capabilities.
The online sportsbook, which will enable the firm to customise the front-end, will sit alongside Squawka’s fantasy football product.
“Squawka will be able to deliver on their strategy around the liver sports event experience safe in the knowledge that they have a flexible platform at their disposal, as well as the most modern CRM tools,” FSB’s business development director, Richard Thorp, said.
London-based Squawka offers its customers the latest football news and statistics, and claims it serves by than two billion content views to six million football fans every month.
“[FSB’s] sportsbook solution is very strong in terms of pricing and coverage and enables us to integrate the great content and stats our team produce every day,” the firm’s COO, Guy Rogers, said.
“Our vision is to provide football fans with an exciting and engaging platform which will challenge their football knowledge and opinion through games, quizzes and betting markets.”
