Sporting Index rolls out casino products on mobile
Non-spread games launched on mobile and tablet for the first time
Spread betting operator Sporting Index has launched online casino products on mobile and tablet devices for the first time following a successful launch on desktop earlier this year.
More than 50 casino products have been added to its app, including slots and table games, with content provided by NetEnt and Microgaming.
The launch is the first time the London-based firm has made non-spread based games available for mobile users and said it plans to expand its portfolio on mobile in the coming months, which is likely to include its live casino products.
Sporting Index overhauled its casino offering in March, with the launch of a new casino and a live casino product on desktop in response to âsignificant customer demandâ.
âThe launch of our desktop casino products has seen a good response and we canât wait to give our mobile and tablet users the same maximum excitement,â said Paul Turner, head of Sporting Index.
âThe European Championships have brought a huge increase in traffic to Sporting Index and we believe our casino products are the perfect complement to sit alongside our best-in-class spread betting offering.â
The rollout has been timed to coincide with Euro 2016 in a bid to increase traffic and cross-sell opportunities.
