Sky Bet’s Super 6 scores Hartlepool Utd stadium sponsorship deal
Team’s Victoria Park stadium will be renamed the Super 6 Stadium for the upcoming season
Sky Bet’s free-to-play Soccer Saturday Super 6 game has become the new sponsor of Hartlepool United FC’s stadium for the upcoming football season.
As part of the deal, the team’s Victoria Park stadium will be renamed the Super 6 Stadium for the duration of the season, and the Super 6 logo will be emblazoned on the back of their shirts.
Hartlepool FC CEO, Mark Maguire, said the sponsorship would elevate the team commercially and demonstrate its ability to deliver value to a major company.
“A huge part of this has been the involvement of Jeff Stelling in the Club,” Maguire said.
“Jeff is held in such high esteem at Super 6 that they were keen to support him in the venture with his beloved Pools.
“Super 6 will be a partner who challenge us and educate us as we work to create an environment worthy of a return to the Football League.”
Super 6 is a weekly free-to-play game that offers Sky Bet and Fantasy Football users the chance to win up to £1m by correctly predicting six results from selected matches during the season.
