Sky Bet Italia seals Betgenius digital marketing deal
Agreement will see the supplier deliver relevant betting suggestions to Sky Sport Italia customers
Sky Bet’s Italy-facing business has signed a deal with Betgenius to deliver relevant betting suggestions via its digital partner Sky Sport Italia.
The contextual advertising deal aims to boost engagement and slash acquisition costs, and will see Sky Sport Italia customers presented with suggestions based on the content they are viewing across the site.
“At Sky Bet we are committed to offering a superior experience to our customers,” David Magni, media and partnership manager at SkyBet.it, said.
“We think that this deal will help us boost our acquisition and, even more, increase customer retention through the provision of relevant information and added value.”
Betgenius, which uses real-time sports data to drive its acquisition creative, also recently struck a digital marketing deal with SkyBet.it’s fellow Italian operator Snai, offering customers relevant offers based on their abandoned betslips.
Jack Davison, managing director at Betgenius, added: “This deal is another example of how Betgenius creates innovative digital marketing solutions that boost engagement and drive down acquisition costs.
“Highly targeted, relevant marketing is very much the future and we are excited to partner SkyBet.it to help grow its sportsbook with this service.”
