SkillOnNet launches affiliate compliance tool
New tool aims to prevent further affiliate marketing to players who self exclude
Online casino platform provider SkillOnNet has launched a UK focused affiliate compliance tool which enables operators to remove self-excluded players from any brand using its casino software.
The tool allows affiliates to upload their lists of email addresses and mobile phone numbers to the Self-Excluder Identifier API, which then compares that list with SkillOnNet’s database of self-excluded players and identifies those who have opted out of further marketing either on a temporary or permanent basis.
In addition, SkillOnNet’s database is regularly updated with those players who choose to reverse their self-exclusion.
Addressing the development of the tool, Michael Golembo, SkillOnNet sales and marketing director, said: “At SkillOnNet, we take compliance very seriously, so we took the decision to develop a tool that ensures the affiliates working with our brands are meeting the highest possible standards.”
Golembo added: “The UK Gambling Commission has made it very clear that it will not tolerate affiliates targeting self-excluded players, and our new tool is the most efficient and effective way of ensuring this does not happen with any of our brands.”
SkillOnNet’s current clients include online casino PlayOJO, Simba Games and new casino Ahtigames, with the SkillOnNet site utilising games from NetEnt, Scientific Games, Yggdrasil, Play N’Go and Realistic games.
