Sisal launches major advertising campaign
Italian operator starts multi-channel marketing push for its online sportsbook brand Matchpoint
Italian operator Sisal will tomorrow launch a major marketing campaign promoting its “innovative” Matchbook sportsbook brand.
The new campaign, developed by marketing agency Publicis, will be run across all major Italian television station as well on web and in print, and been given the tagline “reinvent the game every day”, as looks to highlight its wider offer of markets.
According to Sisal chief executive Francesco Durante, Sisal Matchpoint will offer markets on more than 120,000 events during 2015, including betting opportunities exclusive to Matchpoint customers.
And he said the operators wide range of markets were complemented by the recent launch of Sisal Live, a dedicated streaming service which offers a “rich selection of sports” alongside further information and statistics.
“Today the offer of Sisal Matchpoint can be considered among the most competitive,” Durante said.
“The campaign wants to emphasise that we are launching this very ability to innovate and renew itself, historically in the DNA of Sisal,” he added.
Despite the arrival of a cluster of foreign sportsbook operators to the regulated Italian market, Sisal has managed to stay competitive and is estimated to be amongst the top five in terms of market share.
