SBTech strikes omni-channel agreements in Romania and Germany
Get’sBet and bet90 to integrate supplier’s Infinity Account across their respective retail networks
SBTech has strengthened its position in the German and Romanian markets after striking deals with two localised operators to provide its omni-channel solution.
Romanian sports betting retail operator Get’s Bet will integrate the supplier’s omni-channel Infinity Account, which will enable players to place bets by either a cashier or self-service betting terminals via a single wallet.
SBTech’s cashier interface, which will be used across the operator’s 500-strong retail network, will support integrated cash and voucher processing for the transfer of funds between over-the-counter transactions and self-service betting terminals.
Customers will also be able to cash out on mobile and use the single wallet to bet online via its sportsbook or casino games.
“Our choice of provider was an easy one – SBTech supplies systems built around flexibility and scalability, which will enable us to implement our aggressive growth strategy, while the Infinity Account will deliver a superior sports and casino experience to our rapidly growing player base,” Get’s Bet CEO, Cristian Roman, said.
The supplier also struck a deal with German bookmaker bet90 to supply its omni-channel solution to unify the operator’s online, mobile and retail operations.
Players will be able to log in to their personal accounts via any device with a single wallet, enjoying optimised UX for each channel, with custom bonuses tailored to every player and loyalty rewards exclusive to omni-channel customers.
“We fully expect our new powers of personalisation to drive significant growth and increased turnover for bet90, especially in the online space,” bet90 director, Iosif Galea, said.
