SafeCharge signs Paddy Power and bet365 as H1 revenues rise 2%
Operators will go live with the firm’s gateway acquiring and payment cashier products in H2 17
SafeCharge has secured deals with bet365, Paddy Power and EuroBet to integrate its payment solutions in the coming months.
The firms join SafeCharge’s growing list of gambling industry clients including 888, Betfair and Sun Bingo.
CEO David Avgi told EGR Intel bet365 will go live with the firm’s gateway acquisition solution in multiple European markets, while Paddy Power will integrate its payments solution cashier.
“Existing clients are also doing well, we see a very strong pipeline coming from betting, and also from other verticals including market places, travel and even airlines.
“We have a strong product customised for gaming. They like the products and the expertise and our ability to support them in risk management and compliance,” Avgi added.
In its H1 financials this morning SafeCharge reported a 2% year-on-year revenue increase of $53m, with a boost in transaction value of 7% to $4.2bn.
Its latest global payment platform also went live during the period, offering clients faster service uptime.
SafeCharge’s share price was 247.50p on the London Stock Exchange at the time of writing.
