Rank Interactive recruits new CFO from William Hill
Gibraltar-based Janice Duncan nets leadership role at Rank after eight years with Coral and Hills
Rank Interactive has hired former William Hill finance director Janice Duncan as its new CFO. Duncan spent three years with Hills in Gibraltar, initially as head of business planning before being promoted to director of online corporate governance and then finance director for its UK Online division. Prior to William Hill, Duncan worked at Coral for almost five years in Gala Coral Interactive’s financial planning division. She is an alumnus of The University of Glasgow and a chartered accountant having also spent seven years with the Royal Bank of Scotland’s insurance arm. Duncan said on LinkedIn: “After just short of three years I have now left William Hill. I had the opportunity to work with some great people and learn from some of the best in the industry. “However, I am now delighted to announce that I have started with Rank Interactive and am thrilled to have been given the opportunity to continue my career here,” she added. In November, Rank Group raised £70m in new capital following the issuance of almost 77 million new shares in the business.
