Ex-Hills bingo boss joins Rank Interactive
Robert Sadler takes on bingo ops manager role for Mecca as Adam French departs
William Hill’s former head of bingo Robert Sadler has joined Rank Interactive to head up operations at its Mecca brand, eGaming Review has learned.
Sadler, who joined Rank’s Gibraltar team last week, has replaced the firm’s departed head of bingo Adam French and reports into head of digital operations Mark Henderson.
Prior to the move he had been at William Hill in various roles for almost 20 years, most recently as the operator’s head of bingo, a tenure which saw him work with both Rank’s chief executive Henry Birch and group director Colin Cole-Johnson.
He had also served as mobile gaming operations manager, as well as roles in table games and live casino before taking over former head of bingo Barry Sage, who left to join Ladbrokes, in March last year.
Lottoland appoints 888’s Lucky Multani as COO
Lottoland has made its second senior hire in as many months after appointing Lucky Multani as its new chief operating officer.
Multani has joined Lottoland’s Gibraltar-based team from 888 where he spent 16 years, more recently as the operator’s VP of risk and regulatory operations, a position which saw him lead teams in New Jersey, Antigua and Gibraltar.
In his role as COO at Lottoland, Multani’s primary responsibility will cover fraud, payments, legal and compliance aspects of the bet-on-lottery firm’s business, while he will also be involved with the development of technology strategy.

Gaming lawyer Susan Biddle has left Pinsent Masons after 27 years of service to join law firm Kemp Little as a consultant in its Commercial Technology team.
Biddle had worked at Pinsent Masons since 1988 and in her new role will provide commercial and IT advice to a number of businesses, with a particular focus on online gambling.
“We are delighted to have someone of Susan’s calibre, experience and reputation join our commercial and IT practice,” Calum Murray, Kemp Little’s head of Commercial Technology, said.
“Susan’s arrival enhances and deepens our existing expertise and will help us develop a new gambling focus within our TMT practice,” he added.
Betchoice founder Mark Morrissey leaves Unibet
Australian wagering veteran Mark Morrissey (pictured) has stepped down from his executive director role at Unibet, four years after selling Betchoice to the European operator.
Morrissey co-founded Betchoice with Colin Tidy back in 2001 and its $20.2m (£13.6m at the time) sale to Unibet in February 2012 included an earn-out that completed in December 2014.
However he was asked by the company to stay on for almost a year and serves his final day on 30 November.
