Paysafe moves to new London HQ in the City
Payments giant swaps Docklands for EC2V as 300 employees across nine divisions relocate to new home
Paysafe has moved into a new state-of-the-art headquarters in the City of London.
The 20,000 sq ft space on Gresham Street will become home to 300 employees based in London.
Paysafe confirmed to EGR that the payments giant would continue to use its flexible hybrid working model.
Operations that will be based out of the new London HQ include HR, finance, marketing, risk and compliance, communications, sales, operations and tech.
Teams from the company’s Merchant Solutions and Digital Wallets divisions will also work out of the new space.
The new office boasts a roof terrace overlooking St Paul’s cathedral, as well as several wellbeing amenities including an activity studio, changing facilities and bike storage.
Paysafe said the move to the new space from its previous hub in Canary Wharf was based on its commitment to provide an “exceptional working environment” for staff and incorporate wellbeing and productivity into the working environment.
Elliott Wiseman, Paysafe general counsel, said: “We are delighted to be opening our new corporate HQ in such a prime location. Our presence in London is a critical part of our global office network and we have many talented colleagues based here who serve Paysafe’s customers around the world.
“This office move reflects our ongoing commitment to providing the very best working environment for our people and incorporating employee wellbeing, productivity and flexibility into the way we work.
“I’m very much looking forward to welcoming our team, as well as clients and other stakeholders to this fantastic new location,” he added.
