Parimatch restructures with new CMO appointment
Cyprus-headquartered betting operator promotes head of product Ivan Liashenko to CMO
CIS-focused betting operator Parimatch has strengthened its executive team with three new C-level appointments.
Former head of product Ivan Liashenko has been promoted to chief marketing officer (CMO), while Sergey Berezhnoy and Evgen Belousov have joined the firm as chief product officer (CPO) and chief revenue officer respectively.
Liashenko oversaw the launch of the Parimatch mobile app and website while working in the product department, as well as the launch of a new desktop site on the operator’s new tech platform.
Berezhnoy worked as a product management consultant for software development company DataArt before joining Parimatch.
All three started in their roles on 1 September and will be based in Parimatch’s Cyprus headquarters.
“We cannot get complacent and allow our success to be dictated by market conditions,” said Tatyana Davydova, chief HR officer at Parimatch.
“Instead, we must always be looking to the future and relentlessly focusing on innovation. For this reason, we are on the lookout for great talent who can help us achieve our ambitious goals, and aren’t afraid to push boundaries to drive growth. Our recent appointments embody all of these qualities, as well as being experts in their field.”
Former Parimatch CMO Tamara Babits has moved to deputy CMO. Babits spoke to EGR Marketing in April about recruiting high-profile brand ambassadors including Conor McGregor and Mike Tyson.
