Paddy Power has sealed a three-year deal to sponsor Cheltenham’s The November Meeting Gold Cup event. The race, which is scheduled to take place on 14 November 2020, will now be known as the G3 Paddy Power Gold Cup. The Flutter-owned bookmaker sponsored the showpiece for 13 consecutive years between 2003 and 2015, during which time winners included Imperial Commander, Our Vic and Al Ferof. Carey Weeks, regional head of partnerships for The Jockey Club, said: “Paddy Power was a huge part of The November Meeting and synonymous with the fixture’s Gold Cup race for many years, so we’re delighted to be partnering with them again. “We thoroughly enjoy working with the team and we’re excited to see how they help bring to life the November Meeting.
