Spread betting and CFD giant CMC Markets has launched a spread betting App for the iPhone, giving users access to live prices and the ability to trade on price movements of shares, indices, currencies and commodities.
Marketing software specialist Unica is to provide its web analytics solution to William Hill Online. Henry Birch, chief executive of William Hill Online, said: “As the sites continue to develop, Unica will help us to gain valuable insight with the ‘slice and dice’ approach, rather than be limited to pre-defined reports.”
The Isle of Man Government‘s Department of Economic Development, in partnership with Hamblin Employment Group, is holding a foundation course on egaming for people considering a career in the sector. The course is held on the Isle of Man over three days, from 21 September, and was written following research into what egaming companies on the island are specifically looking for from candidates.
Casino provider Microgaming has added four new tournament types to its slot and blackjack tournament schedule, to be offered by participating Microgaming casino operators. The Isle of Man-based supplier has also introduced three major guaranteed slot tournaments: the Midweek Moolah, Weekend Whopper, and Monthly Monster, the latter being a US$25,000 guaranteed tournament running for seven days from the final Monday of every month.
