Microgaming to launch horseracing slot tournament game
Sure Win to go live on software provider's multiplayer Viper platform on 9 January.
Microgaming has announced the addition of a new online slot tournament game to its portfolio of multiplayer titles.
Horseracing-themed Sure Win, a five reel, 25 line video slot, will be available on Microgaming’s Viper platform on 9 January and will feature a three-day Survivor tournament, giving ten winners the chance to share a $3,000 prize pool.
David Reynolds, a spokesperson for Microgaming’s multiplayer games, said: “We are constantly developing our multi-player product to ensure we deliver the highest quality and most diverse game offering in the industry. In December we added Deck the Halls online slot game to the tournament portfolio and this proved extremely popular with players. We are confident that Sure Win will be just as popular, providing the finest and most dynamic experience to tournament players.”
The release is set to be the first of several Microgaming multiplayer games in the coming months.
Last month the software provider added three new HTML5 slot games to its mobile portfolio Microgaming Go, which now includes 19 different HTML5 games, and launched video slot Battlestar Galactica, which Microgaming head of casino Mike Hebden described as its “most ambitious slot game to date”.
Mobile casino operator Lucky247 signed a deal in October to take on several of Microgaming’s HTML5 and Android games.
Its poker network, formerly known as the Microgaming Poker Network, has also been officially rebranded as the MPN.
