Luckbox lands ex-Dunder CEO in latest senior hire
Thomas Rosander joins esports betting operator as chief customer officer
Esports betting operator Luckbox has appointed former Dunder CEO Thomas Rosander as the group’s new chief customer officer. Rosander joins the Toronto-listed firm from Dunder, where he spent three years as CEO from 2017 to 2020. Prior to joining Dunder, Rosander served as chief product officer for Mr Green from March 2014 to December 2016. The former EA director will be responsible for executing Luckbox’s customer acquisition strategy and will report into CEO Quentin Martin. Speaking on Rosander’s arrival, Martin said the former bwin man would fit in with the team “perfectly”. Martin said: “Having a chief customer officer like Thomas, who has the industry experience and relationships, is crucial as Luckbox executes on its customer acquisition strategy. “The Luckbox team comprises a mix of igaming and esports experience and Thomas fits in perfectly with that ethos, as his resume will testify. “We have big plans for growth in 2021 and beyond, and Thomas will play a leading role in helping us deliver on our targets. This is a key role in growing our business and I am delighted to have someone of Thomas’s calibre on board,” he added.
