Low6 lands new chief revenue officer
Start-up secures services of Ben Barker to lead commercial and revenue strategies
Low6 has appointed Ben Barker as the group’s new chief revenue officer. Barker joins the sports gamification firm from customer engagement platform Monterosa where he most recently served as chief commercial officer from August 2019 until August 2021. Prior to stepping up to C-level, Barker served as commercial director for the firm for nearly four years. In his role as chief revenue officer, Barker will be responsible for developing commercial and revenue strategies to drive the expansion of the company in North America. He will also be charged with developing the company’s existing commercial partnerships. Barker will be based in London and will assume the role with immediate effect. Speaking on his arrival, Barker said: “Low6 has made its mark as one of the hottest start-ups in sports gaming. “I am excited to join the team to drive forward the commercial strategy aligning our partners, customers and fans to inspire sports gaming through innovation and creative solutions.” Jamie Mitchell, Low6 CEO, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Ben to Low6 as chief revenue officer.
