Lottoland product chief heads for the exit
Vice-president of product Robert Fell to leave bet-on-lotteries operator in August
Lottoland’s vice-president of product Robert Fell will leave the firm next month, eGaming Review has learned.
Speaking to EGR, Lottloand chief executive Nigel Birrell confirmed Fell’s departure, which comes seven months after he joined the Gibraltar-based bet-on-lotteries firm.
“I can confirm that Rob Fell is leaving Lottoland in August,” Birrell said.
“Rob has been of great assistance over the past six months in developing, growing and structuring the product department, leaving Lottoland in a great position to develop a high-quality product offering for our customers.
“We do not have details to disclose as to where Rob is moving to, however we would like to wish him all the best for the future,” he added.
Fell joined Lottoland in January and was immediately tasked with improving the operator’s mobile products.
Prior to joining Lottoland, Fell spent 18 months at Gala Coral, including four months as head of web and mobile product under product and gaming development director Itay Fisher. He previously had a two-and-a-half year stint at Paddy Power.
Fell becomes the second senior Lottoland staffer to leave the firm in as many months following the departure of B2B vice-president Glen Bullen.
Bullen was brought in last summer to lead Lottoland’s nascent B2B division but left the firm earlier this month.
