LeoVegas signs mobile games deal with Nektan
Casino firm to integrate Nektanâs remote game server including HTML5 casino games
LeoVegas is set to expand its portfolio of mobile casino titles after signing a deal with games developer Nektan.
The mobile casino will integrate Nektanâs remote game server and host Nektanâs HTML5 casino games on its casino apps for both smartphone and tablet.
Johan Styren, CEO at LeoVegas, said the addition of Nektanâs games to its portfolio was an exciting prospect for the operator and added it would âfurther accelerate LeoVegasâ fast growth in the UK marketâ.
In October Nektan confirmed it was to launch a public floatation, expected to raise around £4m, to power a push into the potentially lucrative US casino gaming market.
âWe are delighted to become a content licensing partner to LeoVegas. LeoVegas is a leader in mobile casino gaming and we believe our games can help with their continuing growth,â Matt Sunderland, COO at Nektan, said.
Last month the supplier formed a US-facing joint venture with slots developer Spin Games, enabling land-based operators to introduce new came content that can be played on slot machines and mobile devices.
