The BetUK sportsbook will be set live ahead of the upcoming football season and will have a number of SBTech features including YourBet, which offers automated same-game accumulators with instant pricing.
Rocket X CEO, Mark Good told EGR the operator was looking for a a sportsbook supplier that could offer the best mobile UX, selection of sports markets, product features and competitive pricing.
“Ultimately we chose to move forward with SBTech because they meet our expectations for UK customers in particular for mobile UX and product features,” Good said.
“These, plus innovative new features like Pulse Bet give us confidence they will continue to develop and be competitive.”
SBTech CCO, Andrew Cochrane, said: “LeoVegas and the Rocket X team both share our vision of delivering a differentiated and compelling value proposition to players through product innovation, scalable technology and a fully bespoke trading and risk management approach.”
Bet UK recently sealed its first sponsorship deal with Swansea City FC as the firm seeks to raise its brand awareness in the UK market.
Rocket X was acquired by LeoVegas in January for £65m and rebranded from its previous name, IPS.
LeoVegas CEO Gustaf Hagman said at the time the operator was expanding its brand offering to suit the UK market.
The LeoVegas sportsbook sits on the Kambi platform.
LeoVegas CTO, John Stromberg, recently told EGR the firm was deliberately shunning technical synergies post M&A and the newly acquired brands would run on separate technical platforms.
