LeoVegas hiring new head of casino
Christian Karlsson to leave his casino role but stay on at the firm in another capacity
Mobile casino operator LeoVegas is seeking a new head of casino as incumbent Christian Karlsson prepares to relinquish the role in order to concentrate on other responsibilities.
Chief executive Johan Styren told eGR Mobile Intelligence the firm had already kicked-off the recruitment process and confirmed that Karlsson would remain with the firm.
âHe [Karlsson] is also head of payments and country manager for Norway, and he felt that two key roles was enough,â Styren said.
Karlsson, who joined the company in January 2013, will continue as head of casino until a successor is appointed.
The head of casino role is based out of the companyâs headquarters in Malta and reports into Styren.
Last month LeoVegas signed a deal with mobile games developers Nektan to expand on its casino operations in order to accelerate its growth in the UK mobile casino market.
