LeoVegas expands Pink Casino into Canada
Malta-headquartered operator launches brand outside of UK on proprietary technology platform
LeoVegas has launched Pink Casino beyond the UK for the first time after unveiling the brand in the Canadian market. The Malta-headquartered operator already powers a number of brands in Canada and has bolstered its portfolio with the female-friendly online casino domain. The expansion of Pink Casino was made possible due to the migration of brands on to the LeoVegas proprietary tech platform, a migration which began in the summer. Pink Casino was one of several former Rocket X-managed brands to transition to the new platform, including 21.co.uk and Bet UK, with the migration saving the group an estimated €3.7m annually. “It is super exciting to continue expanding in North America,” LeoVegas CEO Gustaf Hagman said. “This is a superb way to use our strong brands and deliver profitable growth. “I look forward to offering the Canadian market even more gaming fun and entertainment in the form of Pink Casino,” Hagman added. The operator’s Canadian brands are included in the Rest of World operating segment, which generated 18% of total net gambling revenue during Q3 after an annual increase of 21%.
