A round-up of the latest launches and deals in the egaming industry, including Realistic Games and Microgaming
Oxford-based games supplier Realistic Games has expanded its product range with the launch of two new slots titles.
The five-reel slots, Riverboat Gambler and Snapshot, are available on desktop, tablet and mobile, and the provider as also announced a new mobile-optimised version of its Wild Safari slot.
“These games are the opening salvo in a host of new content we’ll be making available to our customers over the next few weeks,” Realistic Games’ commercial director, Andy Harris, said
“We hope that the quality of Riverboat and Snapshot and their availability across phone, tablet and desktop will help to make them a real success,” he added.
Online gaming software provider Microgaming is releasing three new five-reel mobile slots titles including branded game Hitman.
The new High Society slot will be launched on the download, Flash and HTML5 platforms and all three games will be live with Microgaming and Quickfire operators on 9 April.
“April is an exciting month; our cross-platform game release, High Society, delivers the exact same experience to players no matter the device they are playing on and no matter the product channel. We are also proud to add Hitman to our mobile portfolio,” Neill Whyte, head of product channels of Microgaming, said.
Malta-licensed operator Dr Vegas has revealed a complete redesign of its Vegas-themed online casino website and a new gaming platform.
The new site has been overhauled to provide a more “atmospheric experience” for the customer, while the rebuilt platform seeks to enable the launch of new features quicker in the future.
“After extensive player research we found that many players felt left out and we wanted to build a site that put slot players firmly in the centre of the action,” Phil Edge, Dr Vegas marketing director, said.
“The sleek vibrant design is part of our new marketing campaign to give Dr Vegas a unique and memorable identity in the increasingly competitive gaming market,” he added.
Schleswig-Holstein-based operator mybet has announced the launch of a portfolio of new 3D slots games in partnership with BetSoftGaming.
The Alderney-licensed supplier’s 17 titles include SugarPop and After Night Falls and are available through Amaya’s Casino Gaming System on mybet’s casino lobby.
Ladbrokes has released a new iOS application for its exchange product, adding to the mobile and tablet-optimised mobile web versions it released in December last year.
The app, released today, allows users to bet on the Ladbrokes Exchange using existing Ladbrokes accounts while also enabling new users to sign up in-app.
Versions optimised for both iPhones and iPads have been released, with the iPad app having the extra functionality of live horse racing streams.
Oklahoma-based social casino developer GoldFire Studios is set to launch its CasinoRPG product this month, bringing to an end a development period of more than two years.
The Vegas-themed MMORPG (massively multiplayer online roleplaying game) incorporates elements of city-building and role-playing and is slated to go live on 26 April.
Casino games featured in the HTML5 app include slots, poker, blackjack and roulette, and players can use their winnings to build their own casinos in an MMO environment.
