A round-up of the latest launches and deals in the egaming industry, including Coral and Secure Trading
Coral continued its recent run of sporting event sponsorships by agreeing to become the title sponsor of tomorrow night’s heavyweight boxing bout between British fighters Tyson Fury and Dereck Chisora. The event, titled Bad Blood and held at London’s ExCeL centre, also includes the eagerly anticipated fight between Chris Eubank Jr and Billy Joe-Saunders, and Coral PR and broadcast director said the operator was “looking forward to it immensely”.
“Boxing attracts a very engaged and passionate audience, most of whom enjoy betting on sport and we are excited about promoting the Coral brand, and our new mobile betting app and online betting service, to these fans through an association with a great fight night,” he said.
Payments provider Secure Trading has signed a partnership with OTP LLC for it to resell its ST-1 platform to tribal gaming operators in the US. The ST-1 platform links land-based and online gambling customer registration, verification, authentication and payment processing services, while also conduction location and responsible gambling checks.
“[The] announcement will help us access new markets and enable tribal businesses across native North America to significantly increase revenues and extend reach by providing consumers with greater choice and a better experience,” Kobus Paulsen, CEO at Secure Trading, said.
Software solutions firm EveryMatrix has signed a deal to integrate its platform with social sports betting software supplier Favourit. EveryMatrix will help launch the Favourit platform which promises to provide customers with a more engaging betting experience having been designed to resemble a social network rather than a sportsbook.
“Following the trends of verticals such as social share trading and market innovators including eToro & StockTwits, Favourit will continue to become the number one brand in regards to a better user experience for punters around the world,” Favourit CEO Toby Simmons said.
Casino software provider iSoftBet unveiled a new brand identity this week, claiming it to represent the company’s growing industry presence. A new website was launched featuring a redesigned brand logo and image, and iSoftBet commercial director Nir Elbaz said it had created the “perfect brand identity to reflect the nature of our business”. “We want our branding to reflect the fact that iSoftBet is at the vanguard of gaming innovation,” Elbaz said.
