A round-up of the latest launches and sign-ups in the egaming industry including NetEnt and Quickspin
Online casino supplier NetEnt has unveiled its first slots product to be launched simultaneously across mobile, online and retail.
The Asia-themed five-reel slot Koi Princess was released this week to UK players and includes a range of features such as multi-bonus, five-hits, overlay wilds and wild reels.
“Koi Princess is a beautifully designed Manga-inspired slot that includes more features than ever before,” Simon Hammon, chief product officer of NetEnt, said.
“With this thrilling multichannel release, NetEnt has delivered on an Asian promise of more excitement and ways to win, whether that’s on desktop, retail or mobile,” he added.
Stockholm-based slots provider Quickspin this week struck a new supply deal with Malta-licensed online casino operator Mr Green.
The agreement will see Mr Green integrate Quickspin’s portfolio of multi-channel slots games including new titles such as Crystal Queen and Razortooth.
“I’m really pleased to have entered into this partnership with Mr Green, whose mobile-first philosophy is very similar to our own,” Quickspin CEO, Daniel Lindberg, said.
“They have been hugely successful in recent times and have a growing customer base who are going to love both our existing catalogue of slots and new releases,” he added.
Yggdrasil Gaming has announced the launch of its latest video slot Nirvana, featuring new in-game network tournament with a 10,000 prize pool.
“We’ve already launched some incredible games this year, but Nirvana is set to be an absolute blockbuster with players chasing the three magical goddesses,” Fredrik Elmqvist, CEO at Yggdrasil Gaming, said.
“More time and money has been spent on this game than any we’ve created before and our clients can’t wait for it to go live,” Elmqvist added.
Horse Racing Ireland-owned operator Tote Ireland has struck a deal with Colossus Bets to launch a sporting jackpot pools on desktop and mobile.
“We have grown volumes into our core horseracing pools by offering minimum guaranteed pool prizes and demonstrated that players want to shoot for life-changing jackpots,” Tim Higgins, CEO of Tote Ireland, said.
“The Colossus sports pools certainly fulfil that demand and we are very pleased to make these products available to our existing and new players,” Higgins added.
Daily fantasy sports (DFS) operator DraftKings has bolstered its player protection protocols after announcing it has partnered with geolocation supplier GeoComply.
Under the deal, GeoComply will integrate its recently-launched Solus solution into DraftKings’ platform, providing the operator with geolocation and anti-fraud protections.
GeoComply said Solus was designed to verify player eligibility for the DraftKings site based on the player’s current location, accurate to within 50 yards in most cases.
DraftKings COO Paul Liberman said the operator was “committed to the integrity” of its product in the face of the recent data leak scandal.
San Manuel has flicked the switch on its GAN-powered social casino platform as it looks to build an online profile ahead of real-money poker legislation making progress in the state.
The California tribe first announced it would enter the social casino sector back in August and has been beta-testing its platform since October.
The site has been integrated with San Manuel’s land-based bingo and casino loyalty program, meaning players can earn points via their online activity.
San Manuel Digital CEO Matt Cullen said the beta test “reinforced” its decision to move online in partnership with GAN, opening the door to new customers nationwide and internationally.
