A round-up of the latest launches and deals in the egaming industry including iSoftBet and Realistic Games
Egaming provider iSoftBet has struck a deal with 666BET and Metro Play to supply the operators with its portfolio of slots and table games.
The deal will see the operators launch a variety of the supplier’s original and branded gaming content such as Rambo and Basic Instinct on both mobile and desktop.
“iSoftBet have a fantastic catalogue of content, especially in branded titles and mobile games so we are delighted to be working with them,” Andrew Lee, head of product at Metro Play & 666BET, said.
“We are constantly striving to deliver the best experience and choice of games to our customers on Metro Play and 666BET,” he added.
UK-based slots and table games supplier Realistic Games has this week unveiled its new three-reel slot the Great Pyramid.
The Egyptian-themed game is now available as a desktop and mobile version on a host of operators.
“Slots fans have always loved the ancient Egyptian theme but the innovative features of The Great Pyramid take it to a new level,” Realistic Games commercial director, Andy Harris, said.
“Our three reel slots not only appeal to players because of their nostalgia and simplicity, but are great revenue generators with operators too,” he added.
Sports betting solutions provider SBTech has officially been granted a remote gambling software licence from the UK Gambling Commission.
“The UK market is an important key market for the company and the licences will allow us to target further growth in this market,” Itai Zak, CEO of SBTech, said.
“It also serves as testament to the quality of SBTech’s sports betting and gaming platform, which millions of players around the globe now enjoy, and the high standards it meets bolster our reputation as a respected and highly regarded industry leader,” he added.
London-listed operator Ladbrokes has announced the launch of its new mobile casino app Ladbrokes Casino.
The app is now available on iOS devices and features new graphics, navigation tools and segmented push notifications and promotions.
“Ladbrokes Casino wants to give players the individual attention they deserve, rather than overwhelming them with irrelevant offers,” Ladbrokes Digital COO, Pablo Grunbaum, said.
“Personalisation is the future of online gaming and Ladbrokes is leading the way,” he added.
London-based games development studio Jannio has launched its Sports Shotz suite of games in HTML5 on the Odobo Marketplace.
The Sports Shotz concept combines in-play sports betting with a dice game format with the first game to be released Sports Shotz Tennis.
“These days, games are played across multiple devices so working with an industry expert was a critical component in that decision,” Neil Greenwold of Jannio said.
“The launch of new table games are few and far between, launching one with a sports association are even fewer but that’s our USP – to establish the Sport Shotz brand that appeals to both casino and sportsbook customers,” he added.
Tropicana is looking to bolster its position at the top of the New Jersey online rankings with the launch of the state’s first 90-Ball Bingo game on its TropicanaCasino.com site.
The game has been developed by platform and technology partner Gamesys, and has also been rolled out on Gamesys’ VirginCasino.com platform.
“We are delighted to introduce 90-Ball Bingo to our players in New Jersey,” Lee Fenton, Gamesys COO, said.
Greentube Internet Entertainment Solutions has acquired social casino operator AbZorba Games for an undisclosed fee.
The deal will see Novomatic-subsidiary Greentube significantly expand its social casino presence, adding to its ownership of social casino operator Cervo Media and a private-label B2B social casino solution Greentube Pro.
Social casino firm AbZorba Games was founded in 2011 by chairman Dimitris Tsigos, CEO Andrew Hughes and CTO Manos Moschous and SCi understands the current management, with the exception of Tsigos, will remain in place post-acquisition.
Daily fantasy sports (DFS) operator DraftKings has inked its first golf sponsorship deal after joining forces with the Tiger Woods Foundation, which organizes two major events on the PGA Tour.
Under the deal, DraftKings branding will appear at the Quicken Loans National and the Deutsche Bank Championship PGA tour events.
At the Deutsche Bank Championship, DraftKings will also host interactive games and hospitality atop the Champions Club spectator section.
