A round-up of the latest launches and deals in the egaming industry including BetConstruct, Blueprint Gaming and Evolution Gaming
Technology provider BetConstruct has secured a Controlled Skill Games Supply Licence from the Malta Gaming Authority, it was announced this week.
The new licence will allow BetConstruct to offer its Fantasy Sports Product – including soccer, American football, basketball, baseball and ice hockey – on both a B2C and B2B level.
BetConstruct COO, Sergey Harutyunyan, commented: “BetConstruct has spent much time developing and improving our unique fantasy sports product over the past year and complying to the strict MGA technical standards is a reward to our work.

UK-based game studio Blueprint Gaming has unveild its latest HTML5 slot release, Naked Gun, under license from Paramount Licensing.
The 5×3 reel, 20-line game uses iconic themes, characters and visuals from the classic movie franchise and sees players follow the comical antics of the fumbling Detective Frank Drebin.
“Naked Gun is a classic movie and we are thrilled to bring the franchise into interactive slots via our latest game release,” Matt Cole, CEO at Blueprint Gaming, said.
“It’s a fun and fast-paced slot that offers players plenty of chances to win big with four bonus games and expanding win lines.”
Codeta.com has become one of the first companies to launch the Evolution Gaming’s Dream Catcher game, which is the first title in Evolution’s Live Money Wheel gaming category.
The game was developed in-house by Evolution Gaming, and features a precision-engineered bespoke wheel built by TCSJOHNHUXLEY and is hosted from a studio set up to look like a glitzy TV gameshow.

Live casino firm Authentic Gaming has partnered NYX Gaming Group to make its Authentic Roulette product more easily accessible by the supplier’s licensees.
Authentic Roulette allows land-based operators to live stream games from roulette tables located on their casino floor to an unlimited number of online players via the supplier’s network of B2B clients, including Kindred Group, LeoVegas, Unibet and MariaCasino.com.

Finnish open gaming platform provider Finnplay has announced an agreement with Malta-licensed casual casino games and slots studio Spigo.
The deal allows Finnplay to access the Spigo CATALOGUE games which include in-house HMTL5 slots such as the upcoming Starlight and Fruits, and casual casino games including Diamonds and Yatzy.
Carl DeGiorgio who recently joined Finnplay as VP of the White Label Business Unit, said: “I’m delighted with the agreement of Spigo, who are a very forward thinking and creative games studio, who have and continue to deliver genuinely exciting gaming content within the gaming industry.
“We are thrilled to distribute their games catalogue on our portfolio of websites.”
LCB Network (Latest Casino Bonuses) has announced a deal to acquire online bingo affiliate site Two Little Fleas from Lindar Media for $835,000 (£649,098).
The acquisition of the online bingo portal was finalised earlier this week and marks the third deal completed by LCB this year following the purchases of World Casino Directory and KeyToCasino.
According to LCB, the deal does not include the staff of Two Little Fleas but said it would continue to work with the bingo affiliate’s original content writers on a temporary basis.
Lindar Media director, Oded Keinan, said the decision to sell Two Little Fleas was part of the company’s ongoing strategy of shifting from an affiliate to operator.
Performance marketing firm Catena Media today unveiled plans to issue additional bonds of €50m to help the company fund the completion of “near term” acquisitions.
The Malta-based affiliate this morning said it was exploring the possibility of making a tap issue in an amount of €50m under Catena’s outstanding maximum €100m senior secured callable floating rate bonds due 2019.
”The consolidation in the affiliate market is increasing and Catena Media wants to take a leading role in that development,” Robert Andersson, CEO at Catena Media, said.
He added: “We are currently looking into a number of possible acquisitions that would complement and strengthen our portfolio.
