Ladbrokes beta launches new sportsbook site
New design based on user feedback includes tab for soon-to-launch exchange product
Ladbrokes has beta launched a redesign of its sportsbook website, including a tab for its soon-to-be-launched exchange product.
The operator’s exchange product will be released imminently, with the tab directing users to a holding page featuring a teaser trailer.
User feedback has been incorporated into the new design, which comprises changes to both the layout and look of the website.
Customers can now access account details and deposit funds directly from the homepage, while a new header has been added to direct customers to extras such as the stats and results centre and racing commentary.
The site has also switched to a new left navigation bar which directs customers to upcoming events and quick links, with further information available to customers through hovering over a particular sport.
Odds formats can be changed between fractional, decimal and American through the use of a new header.
The user balance feature has been revamped to show all current wallet balances when a player logs in, utilising the back-end software the operator has received as part of its licensing contract with software provider Playtech.
