Kindred Group CFO resigns
Albin de Beauregard to step down in Q1 2020 after eight years with Stockholm-listed operator
Kindred Group chief financial officer (CFO) Albin de Beauregard has resigned from his role and will leave the firm during Q1 2020, the operator announced today.
De Beauregard spent eight years with the Stockholm-listed firm, including a four-year spell as CFO, and will continue to oversee the operator’s finances until the close of the 2019 financial year.
Kindred Group CEO Henrik Tjärnström said: “It is with regret that Albin has informed me of his intention to step down from his role as CFO to pursue new challenges outside of the industry.
“Albin leaves Kindred in a strong position for future growth and with a professional team that provides a solid platform to support the group’s continued development,” he added.
The search to find a new permanent CFO is already underway while Kindred has recruited former CFO Graham Stretch to support the finance side of the business during a transitional period.
Stretch will also be tasked with helping to appoint de Beauregard’s permanent successor.
De Beauregard’s resignation comes just two weeks after Kindred Group revenues dropped 2% in Q3 to £226m as profits also fell by 51% year-on-year.
