Kaizen Gaming recruits William Hill marketing director as new CCO
Julio Iglesias Hernando arrives from Mr Green to help Betano realise international ambitions
Kaizen Gaming has hired William Hill International CMO and marketing director Julio Iglesias Hernando as its new chief commercial officer (CCO).
The move is part of the Greece-based operator’s strategic plan to add international experience to its management team as it looks to expand the Betano sports betting brand overseas.
Hernando arrives from Mr Green (now part of William Hill International), where he started out as head of commercial in May 2019 based in Malta.
Prior to that, Hernando spent more than two years with William Hill in Madrid as a general manager and Spanish marketing director.
The Spaniard has also worked in marketing roles for Heineken, Kellogg’s and Philip Morris.

Hernando will have oversight of Kaizen’s CRM arm as well as its commercial functions.
