JKR recruits former Catena Media VP as senior investment manager
Nikola Teofilovic arrives at CIS-based investment firm to boost M&A efforts and international development arm
JKR Investment Group has hired former Catena Media executive Nikola Teofilovic as its new senior investment manager.
Teofilovic started his new role on 5 April and will oversee M&A and international development of marketing assets at the CIS-based investment group.
He will also be responsible for raising the firm’s international profile in B2B marketing, SEO and tech entertainment.
Teofilovic previously spent more than four years at Catena Media, predominantly as vice president of the affiliate’s AskGamblers brand while based in Belgrade.
He will be working between JKR’s offices in Kyiv and Serbia as well as its HQ in Cyprus and will report directly into JKR CEO Alexander Gusev.
“I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity and excited to join such a strong and competent team with vast industry experience,” said Teofilovic.

In November 2020, JKR invested in Betegy to fund the sports data firm’s expansion into the US market.
