Digital content expert Andria Vidler to join the board from 7 June
Jackpotjoy plc has appointed Andria Vidler as a new non-executive director with a focus on engaging consumers and driving customer loyalty.
Vidler is currently chief executive of Centaur Media, a listed business information group, and was previously chief executive of EMI, UK and Ireland, from 2009 to 2013.
Prior to this, she held senior roles in marketing and commerce for BauerMedia, Capital Radio and the BBC.
She will join JPJ after its AGM on 7 June.
“We are delighted Andria has agreed to join the Board,” said JPJ executive chairman Neil Goulden.
“We are excited to be able to draw on her wealth of experience in developing businesses in the media and marketing space, particularly her strong track record of creating technology and digital solutions to engage with consumers and drive loyalty.”
Jackpotjoy Group last month reported a 14% year-on-year increase in 2017 revenues to £304.6m, powered by double-digit growth in both its Jackpotjoy and Vera&John brands.
Vidler added: “Jackpotjoy is an exciting business with great ambitions and I am delighted to be joining the Board. Following its listing last year, the Company has continued to grow its international customer base and has strong ambitions for the future.
“I look forward to working with Neil and the team to strengthen their relationships with customers and helping to guide the Company through the market opportunities ahead.”
