Jackpotjoy appoints new chief data officer
Philip Tuck moves from Gaming Realms after five years in business intelligence roles
Jackpotjoy Group has appointed former Gaming Realms director Philip Tuck as its new chief data officer.
Tuck previously served as director of business intelligence for Gaming Realms, where he was responsible for building, analysing and deploying the Gaming Realms machine-learning systems and data estate.
Previously, Tuck was responsible for building and integrating the behavioural science department of Quick Think Media into the broader Gaming Realms business following its acquisition in 2014.
Tuck also spent three years at Ladbrokes, firstly as a social media executive between 2011 and 2012, before spending eight months as a poker customer development manager and a further seven months as an engagement/CRM specialist.
Jackpotjoy declined to comment on Tuck’s appointment to the role when approached by EGR.
The firm last month sold off its Mandalay operating business to 888 Holdings for £18m, pledging to refine its focus on the Jackpotjoy brand.
