Global Gaming hires Betsson and GIG managers to boost product development
Global Gaming has today announced three new senior hires as the firm continues to build out its product development team in Malta.
The Ninja Casino-operator has hired a head of data, head of projects and senior product owner with all three hires coming over from Nordic gaming rivals.
Head of data, Valdimir Camilleri previously held the role of big data manager at Betsson, where he spent six years, and will be tasked with leveraging real-time data and further developing machine learning and analytics processes.
Senior product owner, Christine Cassar also joins the firm from Betsson. She will be responsible for increasing innovation for the Nordic-facing products.
And head of projects Ryan Sultana, who joins from GIG, will oversee Global Gaming’s product portfolio and help develop the product team.
Global Gaming COO, CPO and MD Malta, Mark Wadsworth, said: “We’re growing, there can be no doubt about it.
“We’re very aware that, in order to build the competitive product offering we have in the pipeline, it is imperative that we carefully select only the very best candidates.”
In May Global Gaming reported a Q1 revenue increase of 266% to SEK 198.6m (£16.9m), with its flagship brand Ninja Casino up 451% on the previous year.
The firm also recently revealed plans to launch a B2B division.
