GiG head of marketing pivots to slots studio start-up
Roger Admeus becomes MD of Jade Rabbit Studio after six years with Malta-based supplier
Former Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) head of sales and marketing Roger Admeus has switched to Malta-based slots start-up Jade Rabbit Studio.
Admeus joined Jade Rabbit as managing director (MD) on 28 July after six years with GiG and its platform provider subsidiary iGaming Cloud.
The Swede has returned to the world of online slots for the first time since leaving NetEnt in 2012, where he held a key account manager position for more than two years.
“After six amazing years with GiG not directly involved in online games development, it is time for me to get back into it,” wrote Admeus on LinkedIn.
Admeus – who worked from Marbella throughout his time with GiG – revealed that Jade Rabbit’s Red Hot Heels title was released across Kindred’s portfolio of brands this week, having already struck similar deals with Betsson, Wunderino, Hero Gaming and Videoslots.
“Thank you all for your trust and it seems to have been quite a well-received slot by the players,” he added.
Jade Rabbit Studio was founded in 2018 and released its first title, Black and White, back in Q3 2019.
