Gambling.com Group seeking registered relocation from Malta to Jersey
Shareholders to vote on the switch between islands during December EGM
Gambling.com Group will transfer its registered address from Malta to Jersey pending shareholder approval at an EGM scheduled for 18 December.
The affiliate firm will consider a resolution to move its existing address to St Helier on the island. The board of directors has recommended that shareholders approve the move.
If the relocation gets the green light, the business will be required to notify the Malta Registrar of Companies of the move and it will approve a new Memorandum and Articles of Association.
The transition will not affect the property of the company, according to Gambling.com Group.
BDO International has expressed a willingness audit for the move. If the relocation is approved, shareholders will also vote on the appointment of BDO as auditors at the December EGM.
Gambling.com Group last month posted a 52% year-on-year rise in Q3 revenue to €6.3m.
