Gambling.com bolsters its board of directors with new addition
Nasdaq-listed company hails “exceptional track record” of Dave & Buster’s CFO and ex-Light & Wonder alum Michael Quartieri
Gambling.com has appointed industry veteran Michael Quartieri to its board of directors following a nomination by the corporate governance committee.
He will also serve on the firm’s audit committee.
Quartieri is currently the chief financial officer (CFO) of North American restaurant and entertainment company Dave & Buster’s. He is responsible for the firm’s finances, IR and supply chain organisations.
Quartieri’s industry experience began at Las Vegas Sands, where he spent almost a decade as VP and SVP, as well as chief accounting officer.
Following that, he spent under five years at Light & Wonder (then Scientific Games) as its EVP, CFO, treasurer and corporate secretary.
Outside of the gambling industry, Quartieri spent two years at digital media company LiveOne Inc as its EVP, CFO and corporate secretary.
