Gala Bingo extends free game initiative for Covid-19 lockdown
GVC-owned bingo brand to host two free games per hour after success with over 65s
Gala Bingo is offering free online bingo sessions to all players, having hosted free games for over 65s since the Covid-19 lockdown began in March.
There will be two free bingo games per hour hosted on the site each day until the end of May, with the games available to both new and existing customers for a daily prize of almost £1,000.
The games also feature online chatrooms, meaning players are able to stay connected online despite many being stuck indoors during the coronavirus isolation.
Gala Bingo head of brand marketing Karina Adrian said: “We are a real community at Gala and now more than ever people need to be able to chat with others and keep in touch.
“We know that self-isolation can be mentally challenging, and we’re pleased to be able to provide entertainment that is safe and responsible, and encourages people to keep socialising,” she added.
The bingo operator will be supporting the 52 Lives charity throughout the initiative.
