Exclusive: Better Collective hires new director of strategy and execution
Former Hildebrandt & Brandi partner Esben Vinther will “bring strategy to life” at the Copenhagen-based affiliate
Better Collective has hired Danish business consultant Esben Vinther in the newly-created role of director of strategy and execution.
Vinther, who was formerly a partner at management consultancy firm Hildebrandt & Brandi, started his new job in Better Collective’s Copenhagen office on 3 June.
According to Better Collective, he will be responsible for ‘bringing strategy to life within the organisation’ in collaboration with managers, and in close cooperation with management and board.

During a seven-year spell at Hildebrandt & Brandi, Vinther advised firms on corporate strategy, business strategy, organisational design, commercial due diligence and customer experience.
Better Collective CEO Jesper Søgaard said: “Esben has strong experience when it comes to strategy development and execution and comes with a personal drive which suits our company culture.
“He will add significant value to our organisation going forward,” added Søgaard.
