EveryMatrix acquires bingo and poker provider Miles Ahead
White label business EveryMatrix will roll out poker and bingo to client base after purchase of Norwegian developer Miles Ahead.
p> White label sportsbook provider EveryMatrix has agreed to acquire Norwegian bingo and poker software supplier Miles Ahead for an undisclosed amount.
The products will be marketed under the new RakeMatrix brand, and made available in standalone form and as part of the GamMatrix turnkey gaming and payments platform. Miles Ahead holds a Malta licence, where EveryMatrix’s OddsMatrix sportsbook product is licensed.
EveryMatrix chief executive Ebbe Groes said EveryMatrix was pleased to be acquiring “one of the strongest development teams we’ve met so far”.
“They fit in beautifully in our organisation and we’re very proud to join forces with Miles Ahead and have reached a level of maturity that allows us to do transactions such as this,” Groes added.
Integrating the new products with the new EveryMatrix mobile sportsbook would now be a dominant focus for the new partners, said Groes.
Since winning the Innovation in Sports Betting Software award in last year’s eGaming Review B2B Awards EveryMatrix has rolled out platforms for Jetbull, the Sporever/Media 365 network of sites in France (domains including Paris365.fr, Football365.fr, Jeux365.fr) and Boogiebet, among others.
Miles Ahead has also developed special bingo and poker apps for iPhone and Android.
